Sarah Lieb is a designated CPA and a strategic financial partner, investor, and financial leader with over fifteen years of experience. Sarah has worked in various industries with revenues over $500MM, with multiple private equity groups, and has managed several M&A deals. Sarah has extensive cross operations and finance exposure, bridging the gap typically found between those functions. While handling multiple large acquisitions for a Fortune 200 company at the same time, she recently went back to school to obtain her L.L.M. and a Certificate in International Taxation from Georgetown University. John McIlroy is a corporate development specialist with broad experience buying and selling companies over his 25-year professional career. He is a professor at the Schulich Executive Education Centre -York University, Toronto, Canada. He began his career as co-founder of the Venture Capital Group at Royal Trust, where he analyzed, negotiated, and structured multiple deals on the bank's account. He has managed the corporate development activities for two different companies, executing a ‘growth through acquisition strategy’ at both. He has helped numerous Canadian high tech entrepreneurs grow their business and successfully exit through acquisition and public offerings. John has read hundreds of business plans and analyzed countless companies to uncover high grade investment opportunities.
